Lampasso-Dillon Teaches Water Safety to P.S. 499 PTA Group

FLUSHING, N.Y. – Queens College head women’s swimming and diving coach, Alicia Lampasso-Dillon recently gave a presentation on water safety at nearby P.S. 499. She demonstrated to swimmers and non-swimmers alike how to rescue somebody in trouble in the water. Additionally, Lampasso-Dillon explained the importance of swimming lessons (which are offered at Queens College), as well as rules and safety around the pool for themselves and their children.
