FLUSHING, N.Y. (Jan. 11, 2018) - The Queens College women's track and field team is proud to welcome Christine Oguledo to its coaching staff for the 2017-18 season.
Oguledo attended St. John's University and graduated in 2017 with high honors on the track and off. She was a three-time Big East Conference champion in the 400-meter hurdles as well as part of the winning 4x100 and 4x200 relay squads at the prestigious Penn Relay Games. Oguledo was highly successful at the high school level, as well, winning a state championship with Winslow Township High School in New Jersey.
"I'm excited to add Christine Oguledo to the track & field coaching staff," said head coach Robert Davis. "She brings a wealth of experience as an elite high school and college athlete at St. Johns University. I think that with Christine's guidance the long hurdle/ sprint group can make huge advances at the conference and national levels. She knows how to win and that what we are looking for at Queens College. I am excited to see what she does with this talented incoming class of young men and women over the next couple of years."
